Our Hybrid Training Plans combine the best of both worlds. 1-1 Personal Training and Premium Online Coaching support, all included in the price. Premium Online Coaching only can be purchased at £150 per month.  

Our in-person 1-1 coaching prices are based on Direct Debit sign-up. If you’d prefer to purchase session packs, these are available at just £2.50 extra per session.
